Our material constants (concrete bag yields, paint coverage rates, shingle bundle coverage) are sourced from manufacturer published specifications and industry standards.

Concrete volume calculations follow ACI (American Concrete Institute) standard methods. Roofing calculations use ARMA (Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association) coverage standards. Material densities and yields reference ASTM standard specifications. All formulas are derived from published construction engineering references and verified against industry practice.
